Prioton LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates the HIIT Timer mobile application for iPhone and Apple Watch ("the app"). We respect your privacy. This policy explains how the app handles information.

Information We Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. The app has no user accounts, no analytics, and no advertising or tracking technologies.

Data Stored on Your Device

Your workouts and preferences are saved only on your device using Apple's on-device storage. This data never leaves your device, and we have no access to it. Deleting the app removes this data.

Purchases

HIIT Timer offers an optional one-time in-app purchase ("HIIT Timer Pro"). All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive or store your payment details. Apple's handling of your purchase is governed by Apple's own Privacy Policy.

Health & Apple Watch

On Apple Watch, the app can start a standard workout session so your timer keeps running with the screen awake during a workout. Starting that session requires HealthKit permission, which you may grant or decline. HIIT Timer does not read, write, or store any health or fitness data, and no health data is ever transmitted to us or any third party. The permission is used solely to keep your timer running.

Third-Party Services

The app does not include third-party SDKs and does not share any data with third parties.

Children's Privacy

The app does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
