Please read these terms before using HIIT Timer ("the app"), provided by Prioton LLC ("we", "us"). By using the app, you agree to them.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.

Purchases

The app is free to use and offers an optional one-time purchase, "HIIT Timer Pro," which unlocks saving custom workouts and the Apple Watch app. It is a one-time, non-consumable purchase — not a subscription, so there is nothing to renew or cancel. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase, and the price is shown in the app before you buy. You can restore your purchase on another device via Settings › Restore Purchases using the same Apple Account.

Health & Fitness Disclaimer

HIIT Timer is a general fitness and convenience tool, not a medical device, and it does not provide medical or fitness advice. Always consult a qualified physician before beginning any exercise program, and stop exercising if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort. You use the app and perform any exercise entirely at your own risk. Interval cues rely on iOS audio and haptics, which may be delayed, silenced, or missed depending on your device settings, Focus modes, and system limits — do not rely on the app for medical or safety-critical timing.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it except as permitted by law, or use it in violation of any applicable law.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any missed cue or interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
