Prioton LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Kept habit app for iPhone and Android ("the app"). Kept runs entirely on your phone. This policy explains what that means for your information.

Information We Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. The app has no user accounts, no servers of its own, no analytics, and no advertising or tracking technologies.

Data Stored on Your Device

Your habits, check-ins, skipped days, settings, and any reminder sounds you record or import are saved only on your device, in the app's own storage. This data never leaves your phone unless you export it yourself (Settings › Export data) and choose where to send the file. We have no access to it. Settings › Delete all data removes everything the app stored, and deleting the app does the same.

Notifications

Reminders are scheduled as local notifications on your device, including the Done and Skip buttons on each one. They are generated entirely on your device and are not sent through any server.

Microphone

The app asks for microphone access only when you choose to record a custom reminder sound. The recording is saved on your device with your other data and is used only as a reminder sound. You can decline and use the built-in sounds or import an audio file instead.

Widgets

The home screen widgets (and the Lock Screen widgets on iPhone) read a small summary of today's habits that the app writes into storage shared between the app and its widgets on your device. Nothing is sent anywhere.

Purchases

Kept Pro is sold through the App Store or Google Play. Apple or Google process the payment and keep the purchase record. We never receive or store your payment details; the app only learns whether your account owns a Kept Pro purchase. Apple's and Google's handling of your purchase is governed by their own privacy policies.

Third-Party Services

The app does not include third-party SDKs that collect data and does not share any data with third parties.

Children's Privacy

The app does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
