Please read these terms before using Sung ("the app"), provided by Prioton LLC ("we", "us"). By using the app, you agree to them.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, in accordance with the terms of the App Store. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Subscriptions & Purchases

The app is free to use: the daily session, the tuner and the range test stay free. Sung Pro, which unlocks the full drill library and custom drills, sessions of any length and more than one a day, recordings kept for good, comparing takes, the voice journal, the per-note strip and interval grid, and singing over a backing track of your own, is offered as an auto-renewing yearly subscription with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers, an auto-renewing monthly subscription, or a one-time "Lifetime" purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, including the trial. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.

Your Data

Everything you sing and everything you enter is stored on your device only. Keep your own copy if you need one: Settings › Export data saves your sessions, results and recordings as a zip file. Deleting the app or using Delete all data removes your data permanently, and we have no way to recover it.

Not a Medical Device

Sung is a singing practice app for general use only. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a substitute for a singing teacher or a doctor. Stop singing if it hurts, and see a doctor if hoarseness or pain lasts more than two weeks. The practice reminder is a regular notification, so it may be delayed, silenced, or missed depending on your device settings, Focus or Do Not Disturb modes, battery state, and system limits; do not rely on the app for any critical reminder.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it except as permitted by law, or use it in violation of any applicable law.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free, or that its pitch readings and scores will be accurate in every room and on every voice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any missed reminder, lost recording, or lost data, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
